WELCOME TO TRIANGLE JUDO CLUB

Triangle Judo Club is a member only club providing judo training, instruction and practice for the benefit of it's members. This includes individual training programmes, sports nutrition, sports psychology, strength and conditioning, tactics and skills. Training is appropriate to age, gender, personal goals and ambitions. We aim to help you achieve your goals from elite performance to social sport in a safe and friendly environment.

Note we are a Judo Only club. We do not train people for MMA, BJJ etc. We are happy to recommend local instructors for these sports.
